All products are sold on a “final sale” basis.
In accordance with hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.
This includes changes of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or products that do not meet personal aesthetic expectations.
- Exception: Defective or Damaged Items
The only exception to our no-return policy is if the item you receive is physically defective or damaged during shipping.
How to Apply: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Required Proof: Please email your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect to davidjones@gripwellpro.com.
Our Process: Upon verification, we will either send you a replacement product free of charge or reinstate you to the original payment method.

If a refund is approved due to a product defect
We will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund delay or loss: If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
- Return Shipping Costs
If the item is returned due to our error or a confirmed defect, GripWell LLC will cover the return shipping costs or provide prepaid shipping labels.
We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please contact us before sending any item back to our warehouse.
