- Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Due to the hygienic and safety nature of our assistive products (such as bathroom mats, sock aids, and handrails), GripWell LLC operates on a one-time sale basis.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to “change of mind,” personal preference, or the product not being suitable for your specific home décor.

- Defective or Damaged Items
The only exception to our “final sale” policy is if the goods arrive defective or damaged during transit.
Reporting Deadline: You must report any defects or damage within 7 days of delivery.
Required Evidence: To process a replacement or refund, please email davidjones@gripwellpro.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
Solution: After repair, GripWell LLC will, depending on the circumstances, either resend the product free of charge or issue a refund.
- Product Use and Safety Disclaimer
Our products (such as suction handrails and reach grippers) are designed to assist in daily life but are not medical devices unless specifically labeled otherwise.
Installation: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation, especially for suction handrails. These must be applied to a non-porous, flat surface.
Liability: GripWell LLC is not liable for any injury or damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance of our products.

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Payment is securely processed through a third-party provider. Your order will only be confirmed after successful payment authorization.
